Refund Policy
Credit packs are one-time purchases. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, whether or not you have used the credits. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Request a refund
Email us with the account used for purchase and the approximate purchase time. For duplicate payments, payment errors or undelivered stories, we will investigate and refund or restore access even after 30 days. Refund processing time depends on Stripe and your payment provider.
