1. Purposes of Processing

• Service registration, authentication, and prevention of fraudulent use.
• Generating Saju readings and other AI content from your input.
• Processing and managing paid purchases.
• Service usage analysis and quality improvement.

2. Personal Information Collected

Provided by you

• Saju analysis input: gender, birth date, and birth time (used to generate your reading).
• Email address (optional, used to save and retrieve your Saju results).
• Generated Saju readings and reports.

Collected automatically

• Online identifier (guest account UUID) and service usage information.
• AI query and response logs.
• Device and access information (device type, OS/browser, access country/region, language, IP address).
• Analytics data via Google Analytics (GA4)and cookies (see "Cookies & Analytics" below).

Payment information

• When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment. We receive and store Stripe payment/session identifiers and purchase records. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

3. Retention Period

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of collection, or as required by applicable law (for example, records of payment and supply of services, and records of consumer complaints, are retained for the periods required by law). Information is deleted without delay once its retention period expires or its purpose has been achieved.

4. Provision to Third Parties & Processors

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Service, we share limited data with the following providers, who process it only to perform their function:

• Google (Gemini) — AI generation of Saju readings (birth input is transmitted to generate your reading).
• Stripe — payment processing (payment metadata and purchase records).
• Google Analytics — usage measurement.
• Amazon Web Services and other infrastructure providers — cloud hosting.

We do not cooperate with AI providers that use user data for model training without consent.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

To provide the Service, personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries where our providers operate, including the Republic of Korea, the United States, and Canada. Data is transferred when you request AI services or make a purchase, for the purposes of AI service operation, payment processing, and infrastructure hosting.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand usage and improve the Service. Analytics is enabled only on our production site. You can block or allow cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may limit some features.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption of sensitive data, and monitoring of system access.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Identity verification may be required.
