1. About the Service

FuriousAI operates AI-powered services including DreamAI (dream interpretation) and Saju (사주 / 브라키오사주), a Korean fortune reading generated from the birth information you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on user input.

AI-generated content, including Saju readings, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional and is provided for entertainment purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User Content

You may submit information to the Service, including your name, gender, and birth date/time for Saju analysis ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FuriousAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze the content, generate AI responses, and operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates readings and reports using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, fictional information, or unexpected results. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the generated outputs. FuriousAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated results.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Certain features (such as Saju readings) are provided for a fee. Prices are displayed in the app in Korean Won (₩690 per reading) for convenience; the actual charge is processed in Canadian Dollars (CA$0.55 per reading) through our payment processor, Stripe. The exact Korean Won amount billed to your card therefore depends on your card issuer's exchange rate and any applicable fees, and may differ from the displayed price. We do not store your full card details; card information is handled by Stripe.
• Because a reading is digital content delivered immediately upon generation, all sales are final and non-refundable once a reading has been generated and delivered.
• If a reading was not delivered, or you were charged in error or more than once, you may request a refund or assistance via our refund request form: refund request form. We review each request and issue refunds where a reading was not delivered or a charge was duplicate or erroneous.
• Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate illegal content or harass or harm others;
• attempt to reverse engineer the AI system;
• scrape or automate large-scale extraction of data;
• interfere with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, AI models, design, branding, and trademarks — are owned by FuriousAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuriousAI shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
